Taffner Interiors came to B Creative Studio with beautiful products and a clear sense of quality — but no name, no brand, and no digital presence. What they needed was a Shopify store for luxury home products that matched the premium nature of what they were selling. We built the brand from the ground up, starting with the name itself.
THE CHALLENGE
The brief arrived with two significant constraints. The founder had a strong product range and a clear idea of the market they wanted to enter — but there was no name, no visual identity, and no brand infrastructure to support a launch.
The second constraint shaped everything that followed. The wordmark had to work engraved into metal and timber, which ruled out script fonts, fine serifs, and anything decorative. The design had to be geometric, refined, and built for permanence.
THE SOLUTION
We began with a discovery session that uncovered the founding family surname as the right starting point — ownable, available, and carrying exactly the weight the brand needed. From there, we built a complete visual identity, a packaging system, and a Shopify store for luxury home products that converts without compromising the brand.
What We Delivered
Brand Naming: Through a structured discovery process, we identified the founding family surname as the ideal name. Taffner is ownable, timeless, and built for the luxury home market.
Logo Design: A wordmark built with four layers of meaning: the T and F founder initials form the structure; mirrored Fs create the silhouette of two taps facing each other; the T subtly houses a single tap; and the overall geometry reads as European and architectural — precision-engineered for engraving from day one.
Brand Identity: A complete visual system including colour palette, typography, and brand voice guidelines, built to position Taffner Interiors firmly in the premium tier of the home products market.
Packaging System: Branded tissue paper, boxes, swing tags, and carry bags. Each piece was designed to make the unboxing experience feel as considered as the products inside.
Shopify Store: A product-focused Shopify website built to convert, with a layout and visual treatment that reflects the premium positioning of the brand from every angle.
