01. What happens after I submit the contact form?
Once your message comes through, I will review your project details and respond within two business days. If your project is a good fit, I will follow up to book a discovery call so we can talk through the details properly before I put together a custom quote.
02. Do I need to know which service I need before reaching out?
No. A lot of enquiries come through with a general idea rather than a specific brief — and that is completely fine. The discovery call is exactly where we work that out together. Just tell me where you are and where you want to go.
03. Do you work with businesses outside the Gold Coast?
Yes. B Creative Studio is based on the Gold Coast and works with clients across Australia and the world. Every project is managed remotely with discovery calls, reviews, and handover sessions conducted online — location is never a barrier.
04. I am not sure if my project is the right fit — should I still reach out?
Yes. If you are unsure, the discovery call is the right first step. It is free, no-commitment, and the clearest way to find out whether BCS is the right studio for your project.
05. Do I need my branding done before we can start a web design project?
Yes. Your brand identity needs to be finalised before the website build begins. If you are still working on your brand, BCS offers brand design services and the two can be scoped and run together as one project.
06. How much does a website cost?
Every project is scoped individually, so there is no flat rate. Custom WordPress web design starts from $5,500 + GST, Shopify stores are scoped based on your catalogue and functionality, and online course platforms start from $8,000 + GST. The clearest way to get an accurate figure is to book a discovery call — from there I put together a custom quote based on exactly what your project needs.
